Once we have received your orders, we will be using DHL e-commerce services to carefully ship all packages within West Malaysia. For East Malaysia orders, we will be using Poslaju services. As for international orders, the courier company used will vary depending on each respective country.

Our team will provide principal shipping updates via email. Please note that shipping carrier services are subject to change based on customers’ locations and optimal estimated arrival times. We will endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Please be mindful that each garment is hand-packaged by our small team. Kindly allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, with an additional 3-5 business days for final delivery.

Please be advised that shipping times may be delayed if any public holidays are present. Please raise any issues related to delayed shipping times with the relevant carrier as stated above.

We are not able to provide refunds on any shipping-related costs.
