RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer returns/exchanges for our products within 7 days upon receiving the product. Any additional return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.

Exchanges will be subjected to stock availability and can only be carried out once. Where unavailable, a refund will be offered in replacement. 

Please refer to the size chart provided to ensure you have ordered the right size to avoid any unnecessary freight back and forth.

Should we have made any errors to your order (such as a damaged product or incorrect size shipped), please contact us at peaceofmine.cs@gmail.com. We will endeavor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. *Damages mentioned are only in the form of manufacturing damage/defects, damages caused from shipping and/or own mishandlement are not eligible.

In the above case, all items must be returned in their original unused state, with all the tags untouched, boxes, and dust bags (if applicable) must also be returned with the items. If the above conditions are not met upon inspection of the returned product, we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange. Items that are found to be washed, worn, altered, fragranced or damaged will not be accepted for returns/refunds.
