Why is the sizing of my clothes different from the size chart?
All our garments are cut and sewn by hand. Depending on the fabric, wash, or treatment of the product, some items are prone to size discrepancies that may vary slightly from its size chart’s measurements.
We do our best to account for and accommodate any such discrepancies, however, discrepancies of 1-3cm compared to the given product’s size chart is normal and is to be expected.
Why do the clothes I ordered look different from the website pictures?
All of our products are crafted with their own unique fabric and color, so please understand that the appearance of the product’s image displayed on the website may differ slightly from the appearance of the product received in-hand.
Can I make changes to my orders?
If you need to add any items to your original order or change your delivery address after order has been placed, please contact us via peaceofmine.cs@gmail.com. We will arrange for necessary changes and payment (if necessary) before your order is shipped out.
Unfortunately, if your item has been processed by our team, we cannot make any changes to your order.
Kindly take note that any necessary arrangement will be made during business hours.
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped out, you will receive a notification email with the respective tracking number. You can track your parcel whereabout using the link provided or directly via the courier service's website.
Please allow 24 hours for the status of the shipment to correctly display at courier page.
